Life Unscripted is an experimental documentary that explores the struggle of balancing passion, expectations, and mental health through a deeply personal story. It follows a young drummer whose music career is thriving as he performs at shows and dedicates himself to his craft. At the same time, his university life begins to fall apart, and the pressure slowly becomes overwhelming. After receiving an email from his university, he reaches a breaking point and attempts to end his life, but ultimately cannot go through with it. Feeling lost, he leaves home without telling anyone, leaving his parents worried and searching for him. During this time away, he begins to reflect on everything he has been running from and eventually returns home with a different perspective. Choosing to focus on completing his degree, he slowly distances himself from music. Although he begins rebuilding one part of his life, he also watches his confidence and ability as a drummer fade. Life Unscripted explores the difficult choices people make when life refuses to follow the path they imagined, showing that every decision comes with its own sacrifices and that there is rarely a perfect ending.
